Went to the track today with the simple goals of just running for a while - keep HR at around 152 and run. Jim Lombardi ran with me part of my first and 4th/5th miles. Pace was pretty steady. Another runner dropped in later and pushed the pace a bit for a few laps. It was a good run! Activity
